HMRC granted leave to appeal in family company dividends case

HM Revenue & Customs have been granted leave to appeal to the
House of Lords in the Jones
v Garnett ("Arctic Systems") test case.
This means that it will probably now be several months before a final
ruling is known in this long-running and contentious case.
