Postal strikes latest

With strike action at Royal Mail disrupting normal postal communications, customers who have traditionally communicated with us by mail may wish to consider alternatives over the next few weeks.

Phone and email are, of course, one option, or you can drop off letters or documents at any of our offices – not just the one you normally write to – and they will be passed on to the correct department. The addresses of all our offices can be found in the ‘Contact Us’ section.

We also have a DX facility at Box Number 132890 Whetstone 2, which can be utilised at any time.

If you normally pay us by cheque, putting it in the post could result in delays if a strike goes ahead and you may wish to consider paying by credit or debit card, or bank transfer instead.
