Michael joined Harris Lipman on 1 August 2008, bringing with him more than 30 years of accountancy experience.

After qualification in 1976, Michael worked for Baker Rooke, which subsequently became Baker Tilly, and Stoy Hayward, now BDO Stoy Hayward, and other accountancy practices in London’s West End. He set up his own practice in 1982 and went on to establish another practice, with partners, in the mid-1980s, from which he joined Harris Lipman.

Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and has particular expertise in working with clients in the legal profession, in entertainment and in the property sector. He is also a member of the UK200Group legal services group and the land and property group.

Michael is married with two children. In his spare time he enjoys music of all types, travel, theatre art and opera. He is a keen tennis player and enjoys all sport.
