Corporate Rationalisation Specialists Join Harris Lipman

London chartered accountants and insolvency practitioners Harris Lipman have recently added the expertise of corporate reorganisation and rationalisation specialists Group Strategic Consultants (GSC) to their company.

GSC was founded in 1995 by Chartered Accountant Michael Braham and a solicitor, both of whom had many years of experience in this highly specialised area.

Since then, its activities have encompassed a range of professional and commercial work, with particular emphasis on corporate finance, company strategic planning and company restructuring. Its client list includes many FTSE 100 and 250 companies in most business sectors, and it is now recognised as one of the UK’s leaders in this field.
