Harris Lipman Gains Training Accolade

The Cardiff office of chartered accountants and insolvency practitioners Harris Lipman has received official recognition for the quality of training it offers to its employees.

The firm has been named as a platinum-level ‘approved employer’ by the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

In order to qualify for the status, Harris Lipman needed to demonstrate that it met the ACCA’s best practice criteria, which is then confirmed through interviews with staff at the firm to confirm their experience of its training.

And the firm will have to ensure standards continue to be met, as it will be subject to a monitoring visit or remote check within six months of the status being granted.

As an approved employer, the team from Harris Lipman will be invited to various events and offered an exclusive range of resources to assist them with staff recruitment, retention and development.
