Harris Lipman Makes Top 50 Once Again

London chartered accountants and insolvency practitioners Harris Lipman has retained its position as one of the top 50 ‘up and coming’ accountants in the UK, in an annual survey carried out by Accountancy Age magazine.

The ‘+50‘ list highlights the firms ranked from 51 to 100 in the UK, which are knocking at the door of the prestigious top 50. Harris Lipman remained in the list, at number 81, after seeing its UK fee income increase by 9.5 per cent.

The year saw Harris Lipman grow to 11 partners, leading a team of 60 at its offices in London and Cardiff. Despite the current difficult economic conditions, the firm continued to win new business and offer new services to its existing clients.

Senior partner Barry Lewis said: “To feature in the +50 list once again is a great honour for us, and I was particularly pleased that we secured one of the biggest increases in fee income of anyone on the list, at a time when many accountancy firms have unfortunately seen their income fall.

“This is a tribute to the hard work of our team and our efforts to improve the services to clients at all times, and it is that which gives us confidence looking to the future, despite continued economic uncertainty.”
