Harris Lipman Offers New Recruitment Tool

To help clients ensure their recruitment procedures run smoothly, London based accountancy firm Harris Lipman has launched psychometric testing as part of its full range of business advisory services.

The firm can now conduct Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) assessments on behalf of clients in order to assist them in determining how best to deal with individuals in relation to issues such as self-motivation, job emphasis, what the actual work content should include and how to organise work flow.

The Basic Profile report includes a self-image section, a work mask description, advice on likely behaviour under extreme pressure, points to review, and motivators and frustrations. The results reveal guidance on how to manage a specific individual, their strengths and limitations, and advice on how to identify training needs.
